These terms govern access to Wooo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

If you use Wooo for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace content, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep access secure.

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant Wooo the rights needed to process that content, generate outputs, operate the service, secure the product, and provide support.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any uploaded decks, brand assets, website material, files, logos, trade marks, personal data, and third-party content you process in Wooo.

AI-generated outputs are drafts. They may contain factual errors, missing context, biased language, unsupported claims, or design choices that require review.

You are responsible for checking accuracy, sources, legal compliance, confidentiality, personal data, and third-party rights before using outputs externally.

Paid checkout is not live unless a payment screen explicitly confirms the price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation path, taxes, and refund position before purchase.

Template and subscription terms shown at checkout control the specific purchase. Consumer rights may vary by location and cannot be waived where law prohibits waiver.

Wooo may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to avoid disruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Wooo is provided without professional advice. The service does not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory, tax, or investment advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Wooo is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, lost-profit, or business-interruption damages.
